Hello! My name is Alice Wade CD(DONA), I am a certified birthing doula,a wife, a mother and grandmother.  My husband and I live in rural Scottsville, Ky on a small farm. We raised our family of seven children here.  One of daughters and her family live here on the farm. We grow a large garden, have all the milk and eggs and fresh organically grown meat that we need. We can the vegetables from our garden and fruit from our orchard and vineyard. We were non-electric for many years but I am having fun with all my electrical goodies now.  I also have 16 grandchildren. YES, I am blessed!

My experience as a birthing Doula, birth attendant  is as follows: I had three of my seven children at home with a midwife. I have been a  birthing Doula at 9 of my 16 grandchildren's births and five unrelated births. IT is my life's passion  to help people (Particularly women during the birthing process).
